CreatorEconomy.ROCKS is operated by Happy Capybara LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep things simple because your trust matters more than fine print.
When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address and, optionally, your name. We use this to send you the weekly Signals edition.
When you create an account: your name, email, and profile information provided through Google Sign-In or Magic Link authentication. This is handled by Firebase Authentication.
When you submit a form: the information you provide on contact and IRL Immersion inquiry forms — name, company, role, email, and any message you include.
Automatically: basic analytics data such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location. We use this to understand how the platform is used and to improve it.
We use your information to deliver the products you signed up for — newsletters, briefs, immersions, and community features. We also use it to respond to inquiries, improve the platform, and communicate updates relevant to your subscription or account.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
We rely on a few trusted services to run the platform:
Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage. Vercel for hosting. Resend for email delivery. Each of these services has their own privacy policies and processes data on our behalf.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email. If you have an account, you can update or delete your profile information from your settings page. For any other requests — data export, deletion, or questions — reach out through our contact page.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. Your data is stored in Firebase, which is operated by Google and complies with major security standards.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
If you have any questions about this policy or your data, get in touch through our contact page.
